We have moved and in the area where we live, there is no bridge, we use a little boat to cross the small canal. It's very peaceful and you see a fair amount of wildlife.

Love this shopping mall it is open air with a lots of shade and wonderful greenery, its not so crowded and a lot smaller than Barra Shopping, but I can find here almost every thing I need. And the girls from the coffee shop are darlings.

Flora and fauna

Last Sunday we made a trip to Jardim Bôtanico, a beautiful park with enormous palms , wonderful flowers and and oasis of peace and rest and it was cool, lots of shade. A must for our future visitors.

On my daily walk to the shop, this wonderful white bird stood there so still.

air freight

Hooray ,,, after 2,5 months our air freight arrived.

I have no idea why it took so long for a couple of books and some clothing. Well at least we have something else to wear.
